Last Night for thenewno2 at the Key Club

thenewno2 will play the final show for their Key Club residency, tonight, September 30. Each week since the residency began there’s been a steady increase in the number of people at the shows. Check BeatCrave’s review of the show here.

Also, thenewno2 has just announced plans for a physical release of “You Are Here,” their debut CD.  Band frontman Dhani Harrison decided to eschew the record label process and put the album out first digitally in August without any fanfare. The physical release of the album will not be available on CD, but on slotMusic cards produced by SanDisk. Dhani, who is extremely tech savvy, approached the company several months ago about releasing his album through a memory card which can be played in a phone, computer, and other devices. As soon as it’s releases, probably sometime in mid-October we’ll be sure to let you know!
