These United States Include Obama Fundraiser In Tour Dates

DC’s self-described “psychedelic/gospel/grime” band, These United States, has been on tour and tenaciously continue as they add on more dates. Any band that works hard in self-promoting their music (which means extremely grueling scheduled tours most of the time) is respectable, but to make sure one of those dates serve as support for Democratic presidential candidate, Barack Obama is just awesome.

That’s right; you can add These United States (how appropriate!) to the long roster of rockers for Obama. The DC band launch their tour in the west on October 14th in Los Angeles and perform at the fundraising event, Barack ‘n Roll, on October 15th in San Francisco.
