Bloc Party Announce Short US Tour

Bloc Party will hop across the pond (and over most of the US) to play a run of dates on the west coast and in the southwest in December. The tour will be brief, but fans can expect the band back in the US in the new year.
The tour will support the London band’s third album Intimacy which just received a physical release last week. The album debuted at number 18 on the Billboard 200, selling 24,000 copies.
In other news, the wonderful folks at La Blogotechque recently “ambushed” Bloc Party after a surprise show in France and convinced them to play a song unplugged, which they don’t like to do. Watch them play “This Modern Love” here.
