The Von Bondies to Release First New Album in Five Years

Detroit rockers The Von Bondies are preparing to release their first new album in five years. The album is titled Love, Hate and Then There’s You and will be out in the US on February 3 via Majordomo Records. The band’s last album Pawn Shoppe Heart came out in 2003.

The new album features twelve tracks produced by Rick Parker, Peter Katis and Butch Walker. The band will release the first single from the album “Pale Bride” on a 7″ vinyl on November 18 at indie record stores. It will include the non-album b-side “Falling In Love.” Check out a ghetto live video of “Pale Bride” performed at SXSW earlier this year after the break.

The band will tour the US extensively in the new year. They are expected to announce their tour plans in the coming weeks.
