Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan of the Gutter Twins just released their album, Saturnalia, in March, but they have decided to call it quits. The band have just announced that after their shows in Europe, they will be retiring.

Dulli informed NME that he will be returning to his other band, Twilight Singers, as they work on a new record. Meanwhile, Lanegan will be collaborating with UK band, Soulsavers, and Isobel Campbell (of Belle & Sebastian and The Gentle Waves fame) again. He will also working toward a new solo album.

Although, Dulli and Lanegan have chosen to take a break, Dulli informed NME that there may be reunion later in the future.
