BILLBOARD TOP 10: Kanye West, Britney Spears, Kevin Rudolf

T.I. is doing SOMETHING to keep himself at the top of the charts. For the third straight week in a row, he has held the top two spots in the Billboard Top 10. Kanye’s “Heartless” fell off the list, only to be replaced by his old single, “Love Lockdown”, which hasn’t been in the top ten for a while.
