POLL: Which Break-Up Song Hits Home Most For You?
By Seraphina L.
Break-ups blow. Even if you’ve parted on good terms, they still pretty much suck. All the reminiscing you do… alone. Everything you see is a reminder that screams, “EX!” However, one great thing about break-ups is that they make great content for songwriting. Chances are whatever you’re feeling, someone has already put it down in a song!
Were you angry? (listen | lyrics) Were you justifying your reason? (listen | lyrics) Were you fed up? (listen | lyrics) Were you just trying to survive afterward? (listen | lyrics) Or were you full of regret after it? (listen | lyrics) Vote today and see what others think! (If you’ve haven’t experienced heartbreak yet, choose which song you think would do the best job.)
Now, there are a million songs about break-ups, inspired by break-ups, etc. Yet, I only chose 5 songs for today – but don’t worry! Wednesday will bring you more songs. (Unfortunately, we could bring you songs forever.)
