The full-length record will be a follow up to Funeral Party’s three track EP “Bootleg.” You you can listen to and download their track “Car Wars” off “Bootleg” here.
Funeral party will be working again with producer Lars Stalfors , the engineer on the most recent Mars Volta full-length album “The Bedlam in Goliath.” Lars also produced Funeral Party’s debut EP “Bootleg.” They will be recording at a Los Angeles studio where Mars Volta frequently rehearses and records their material. Also joining the band in the studio is special guest drummer Alfredo Ortiz, current drummer for Latin rock-band Ozomatli, and the studio drummer for the popular Beastie Boys.
