Dave Matthews To Release New LP, Tour With Avett Brothers
By Emily
Dave Matthews Band has announced their first studio album in four years, as well as their first tour since the death of saxophonist LeRoi Moore three months ago. The group will be touring starting in April with a pretty unusual array of rotating opening acts.
The beginning of the tour will feature The Roots (taking leave from their standing role on Jimmy Fallon) followed by three dates with Old Crow Medicine Show, eight with The Avett Brothers, and two final dates with Jason Mraz at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
