Amy Winehouse To Appeal Drug Charges, Courts To Laugh In Her Face

A court date has been set for Amy Winehouse to appeal her 2007 drug charges in Norway. Winehouse is appealing a conviction in the country alleging that the singer was in possession of seven grams of marijuana (and using the drug at the time- Imagine That!) in October of 2007.
Winehouse and her husband were fined 500 Euros, and later claimed the police made a mistake and refused to pay the fine. A drug conviction would make it difficult for Amy to enter the US (she was already denied entry in 2008 to perform at the Grammy awards).
Anyone thing she has a chance of convincing a judge she WASN’T using drugs?
