POLL: Which Movie About Music Do You Like Most?

It’s that time of year when we honor all those involved in the film industry. The Golden Globes happened last night but we’ve still got the Oscars. They usually get to squeeze in a little music during the Oscar ceremony, but don’t you wish they made more movies about music? Not musicals, just movies that really involve music.

Four come to my mind when I think of really great movies about music: Almost Famous, which actually put Kate Hudson on the map, Empire Records (“Happy Rex Manning Day!”), High Fidelity where John Cusack plays the lovable asshole, and last but not least, the hilarious mockumentary, This Is Spinal Tap, which spoofs every single metal band stereotype you can think of.
