- Minus the Bear will release, an exclusive seven-track EP, “Acoustics,” which will be made available from Suicide Squeeze in a limited edition run of 5,000 copies. “Acoustics,” couples newly recorded acoustic versions of fan favorites from the Seattle quintet’s prolific career with a new track, entitled, “Guns & Ammo.” The EP is due out Feb. 17th 2009. - BeatCrave Fav band O’Death has just announced their upcoming tour to support their third LP, Broken Hymns, Limbs and Skin, released October 28th. Check out their website odeath.net for more information.

- Yet another BeatCrave Fav band Girl Talk is kicking off 2009 with a host of shows across the U.S. They will hit several towns throughout the slushy midwest, stop off in Arkansas, M-i-s-s-i-s-s-i-p-p-i and the mountains of Montana, and then make his way south for the sunshine of sandy Florida.
