Lady GaGa is still holding on to the number one spot after beating Beyonce out last week. The biggest shocker this week would have to be the All American Rejects, who jumped 8 spots to break into the top 10 and pushed Kanye West’s “Love Lockdown” out. What are your thoughts on this week’s list?

There's another really cool Kanye West billboard in Chicago. It's promotional interactive billboard on the corner of Peoria and Randolf (west loop) with a graphic and the album cover on it that you take pics of and send to the website to get free ring tones, videos, and chances to win CD’s. If you're in the are you should check it out, it's pretty cool.
