Boy George Headed To Prison

Boy George has been sentenced to fifteen months in jail for his conviction in December. The singer was found guilty of false imprisonment for allegations that he tied up, beat, and falsely imprisoned a man he invited to his London flat in April of 2007.

The former Culture Club singer reportedly tied the man, Audun Carlsen, to his bed after accusing him of stealing photos off his laptop. The singer has refused to publicly talk about the trial (or give evidence at it). His only reference to the event made in public being at his last gig at London’s Pigalle club last month where he said “I like to think you can say a lot by saying nothing…I’ll just say this: none of us are defined by our mistakes.”
