Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen, and the Arcade Fire all make headlines

A lot of musicians have made headlines this week, for stories that have nothing to do with their music. From near drownings to 3-ways: Here’s your round up of all the musicians that have made headlines so far this week!:
- Amy Winehouse reportedly saved a woman from drowning in St. Lucia. Louise Williams, was having a sailing lesson when she was thrown from her boat by a large wave and hit a rock. Amy, who was on the beach nearby came over and helped the woman and took her to a shower to clean her cut. Not exactly a big rescue effort on the part of Winehouse, but it does show that she might think of someone other than herself every now and then.
- The Arcade Fire and Jay-Z reportedly played a special gig yesterday for people who worked on President Obama’s campaign. The two performed at a special private party at the Armony yesterday afternoon, the day after the president’s inauguration. The Aracade Fire played quite a few gigs in support of Obama while he was running for the presidency, and Jay-Z performed at several inaugurational celebrations in Washington this week.
- Lily Allen has revealed that she once had a lesbian 3-way during a trip to San Diego. In an interview with the Gay Times she said “I did once snog these identical twins in San Diego,” she said. “I was on the sofa and I had them both, I was dancing and shoving my arse on one of them and one on my front bottom. That’s the only time, but I do have wet dreams – lesbian dreams – quite a lot.” Well then! Isn’t that good to know!?
