New Music Video: Killers’ “Spaceman”

The Killers are back with a new video off of their album, Day and Age. For their second single, the band has tapped Ray Tintori, the director who gave us MGMT‘s “Electric Feel.” While that video was eccentric, “Spaceman,” just comes off a little too odd. With a larger budget for this project, the money seemed to all go towards costumes and the result was a video looking a little too Of Montreal-esque. Front man, Brandon Flowers, enters wearing a red body suit topped with huge shoulder pads and feathers. He then proceeds to walk up a skull tower that is holding some sort of feast. Don’t follow? Yeah, we’re confused too.

I don't think it's odd or strange, I mean the song title "Spaceman" implies that he's on another planet. And other planet's would be odd surely?
