Poll: Bloc Party’s Video For “Signs” Remix – What Do You Think?

I am loving all these shifts toward dance music (such as Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ new album, It’s Blitz!). However, that may be because I’m just a lover of all dance music in general. Well, Bloc Party‘s got a new video for DJ Armand Van Helden’s remix of their song, “Signs,” and it’s giving me another reason to keep dancing. Not only does this remix have an awesome beat but its video is full of shock factor. The video features humans with mechanical pieces in place of body parts ranging from disco ball heads to audio jack mouths.

The most surprising moment comes when they zoom in on a woman (or at least something similar to a woman) who has her legs crossed very much like Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct… and let’s just say we see everything but the “everything ” is definitely NOT what you expected to see. Apart from that incident at the 1:30 mark, I think this dance music video could be one of the best for 2009. So… it’s badical (bad + radical). What do you think?
