I guess you could go with Keith Urban for not being American, but Jamie Foxx sticks out like a sore thumb on this list, which, by the way, is the list of performers for the Academy of Country Music’s concert to honor George Strait as the artist of the decade, as much a lifetime achievement award as it is for the 2000s.
