*** Update: Full lineup has been posted! Check out the ACL Lineup now!***

Everyone is asking about the The Austin City Limits festival 2009 lineup, and the answer is that no one has it. There are plenty of fake or hopefully lineups wandering around on the net, but the truth is, no one knows who exactly will be playing. The festival has a strong enough track record, that although the tickets go on sale today, they will not be announcing the lineup until April 28th.

I hate it when they do that. How do I know if I want to spend $160 for a three-day pass before you announce the bands? Maybe I only want to go one day when all my favorite bands are playing and save myself some money! The good news is, is that the festival PROBABLY (although there is no guarantee) won’t sell out before April 28th. Due to the economy, people having top plan their travel, and the number of tickets, you should be fine if you choose to wait.

That being said, as soon as the lineup is announced on April 28th, you better be ready to buy tickets on Ticketmaster because if it’s a good lineup, tickets will be going FAST!
