Man! Didn't like it at first, but the more that I listened to it, the better it gets! 311 truly has mastered music!
What impact this song should have on anyone with a good friend.

Good sound, I could've done without the middle slow down section. but all in all a good song. I think the album will produce better songs. They never release the best songs from the album for radio play. I think they what people to buy the album to get the better songs!! good marketing I think! Love 311 though can't wait till the Bakersfield show. Only complaint with the tour is they are not bringing Marley and The Expendables to Bakersfield. What the F. man!!

this is not how 311 should sound. i wish they would retire so i can enjoy their good music up until don't tread on me.

They are still making sweet music, it's that damn singing that has changed. They are trying to get all "american idol" and shit when they should stick to rock/rap singing–you know, the kind of singing they are actually good at. I thought Don't Tread on Me was garbage, but I know this album will be much better

I like all their albums. Its the ongoing story of their lives and their feelings at that time, said in the lyrics and the melodies. I'm lovin this song already. I expect this album to be like the rest – I'm impartial at first, but then when I warm up to it, it becomes awesome. Keep rockin it 311 and don't retire like that douche bag up there mentioned. Because some of us take music for what it really is and dont judge it by other bands standards. If you want a different taste and style of music, listen to another band!

Oh wow… where to begin… 311 takes a new journey as they grow. Every new album has something new to bring to the table… if you are stuck on grassroots, you won't like some albums… if you are a blue album lover then you won't like other styles.. the thing is, they ROCK. NickleHACK sounds like every song has the same song in it….. I am very glad to say that I've been a fan for about 15 years now… and I fall back in love with them with every new album… some take time to digest and not all songs are my "favorites" but when you consider what is going on with their life….they have come so far! And so have I… 311 is the soundtrack for my journey in life, and i hope it never ends. This song is not trying to sound like American Idol…. the only "american Idol" style that got mainstream attention was back in the 90s…. when they realized that MTV was not where their fans were… we've been here… strong along… large in the margin… coming like a herd!

311 is my favorite band. Has been for years. And this is finally a good 311 song. Don't tread on me was absolute ****. Seems like, ever since Nick Hexum got a studio on his bus, his music isn't cutting it like it used to. Nick gave us the music to Down, Sick Tight, Freeze Time and some of 311's harder hitting stuff, but where the hell did the "Waiting" **** come from? Let's hope uplifter doesn't struggle in that sense.
