AudioMicro Revamps Music Licensing Platform, Partners With SlideRocket

Stock music and sound effects marketplace AudioMicro has redesigned its website and revamped its music licensing service to make life easier for their users to locate and license audio material.

Along with the design and usability changes, AudioMicro has also teamed with SlideRocket, adding their extensive library of stock music and royalty free sound effects to the SlideRocket marketplace. With a new AudioMicro API, SlideRocket users can license tracks from the AudioMicro archive and incorporate them directly into their SlideRocket presentations.

With updated browse and search functionality, users will find it easy to locate AudioMicro’s extensive library of user-generated micro stock music, sound effects, royalty free music, production elements and music cues.

Other newly installed features include Embeddable Tracks (embed tracks on websites, blogs, Facebook, etc. with copy and paste code) and Customizable Favorites Lists (create multiple favorites collections to preview favorite tracks before a purchase).

Last month, AudioMicro announced the availability of its second iPhone app, AudioMicro Lite. AudioMicro Lite includes over 50 professional-quality royalty free sound effects as well as a “Sneak Attack” feature, which sets the iPhone to play a specified sound effect when an unsuspecting person moves the device.

For 99 cents, users can upgrade to the full AudioMicro app, which includes over 500 professional sound effects.
