Rick Astley’s Death is Another Crazy Hoax

No one expected two iconic legends to die on the same day, for that matter no one really expects the death of anyone. But last Thursday’s unfortunate events gave spark to what would become a rampage of crazy death hoaxes. Rumors rose from everywhere, all killing off notable artists’ one crazy rumor at a time, but like most things in Hollywood, the truth was revealed and many of those said to be dead are still with us. The most recent death hoax was Rick Astley, and rest assure that the pop singer-songwriter is still alive and well.

Last week Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson and Billy Mays passed away; all notable people in the world (some more than others), so it makes sense that people would start killing off everyone notorious in show-biz, right? Well, there is no right answer, but one thing is for sure: the shock of last weeks’ events lead people to believe that if the king of pop was dead, then anyone could be. And so people started blogging on that Jeff Goldblum, George Clooney and Natalie Portman were dead. But don’t worry all of these actors, along with Astley are still alive and kicking, and those rumors were merely sick jokes.
