Eagle and Talon: BeatCrave Fav

Eagle and Talon are the the two punk darlings who have been blowing up in the past year or so with their quirky lyrics, infectious harmonies, and righteous mishmash of dissonance and noise pop. Even after showing up in a scene or two for 90210 and being featured in Elle Magazine, Alice and Kim still bring their original sounds back to the Eastisde of LA. With songs like their dance punk anthem, “Ice Life,” (which has a really fun video) and the righteous “Kidnapped in the Yukon,” this is girl power you can get completely intoxicated with every weekend (or daily). One listen will having you rocking out so hard in your car you don’t care so much about the weird stares you get from the person in the next lane.
Their latest album, Thracian, is available on both iTunes and their website. However, if you go to their website you can pay what you want. DIY all the way. Whatever you give to this pair will go toward the next great album of theirs.
