Echo and the Bunnymen’s Jake Brockman Killed In Crash
By Seraphina L.
Echo and the Bunnymen‘s “fifth” band member was killed in a motorbike crash when he collided with an ambulance while riding alongside Kirk Michael on Tuesday.
As an associated member of the band in the 80′s and a full time member 1989, Brockman was a resident of Bristol. When he joined the band as the keyboardist, Echo and the Bunnymen’s first drummer, Pete de Freitas, died in a similar way. According to BBC News, the former band member was “was always a classic bike enthusiast…”
The Isle of Man Police and his family both confirmed Brockman’s death, and Kirk Michael was next to him when the accident happened. He was taken to Noble’s Hospital before he passed away from several injuries just a few hours later.
Investigations of crash are still going on. More updates as the story develops…

Sad news indeed, but please correct the text – Jake was riding at Kirkmichael, which is a place on the Isle of Man, not a person, as your article seems to suggest.
