Check out The Flaming Lips new two minute song “I Can Be A Frog” with a hot girl in a bikini dancing around like a mad woman pretending to be all the things he’s singing about. I for one am on the fence about this video. Some people are calling it “pure imagination” and others “pointless.” I get that The Flaming Lips create work that inspires you to use your imagination, but if I have to use it in order to create somethine that’s not there, than it is in fact pointless.

It's a lot like the Flips OLD videos – pre Soft Bulletin. So, it's just as good as anything they've done, really.

It's a neat concept, but it can't carry the video on it's own. At the very beginning it is new and interesting, but as it goes on it becomes predictable and annoying.
