Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform an entire album from their back catalog each of the five nights they are set to perform at Giant Stadium the group announced late Monday night. Born to Run and Born in the USA will each be performed twice and Darkness on the Edge of Town will be played at the other show. Springsteen recently tested full-album performances in Chicago where they played Born to Run in the middle of their marathon set.

The announcement comes in light of the recent revelation that there were thousands of tickets still available for these shows after it was announced in June that all the shows were sold out. Four months later, it is now obvious that those calculations were wrong.

Thousands of tickets are still available and hundreds are even going for less than retail price. The huge number of tickets, misleading announcements of sell-outs by the artist’s management and the fact that Springsteen has toured heavily for the last decade have contributed to the glut, industry experts say. After the tour the band expects to take an extended break.

The album performance schedule for Giants Stadium:

  • September 30: “Born to Run”
  • October 2: “Darkness on the Edge of Town”
  • October 3: “Born in the USA”
  • October 8: “Born to Run”
  • October 9: “Born in the USA”
