Concert Tickets: Morrissey, The Dillinger Escape Plan, The Cranberries...

This just in… the Kanye West/ Lady Gaga “Fame Kills” tour has officially been scraped. Rumor is that it was Gaga who scrapped the tour, not her rehab-hinting, award show stopping, fake outrage attracting tour mate Mr. West. Maybe she couldn’t find anything to wear. You can refunds at point of purchase.

Another slow week on the sale fronts. Because of that, as promised, here’s another cute animal video.

Morrissey

Everyone’s favorite slightly whiny, former Smith’s- fronting Vegan, Morrissey has announced a West Coast US tour in support of his upcoming B-sides release. The tour begins November 29th in Seattle, WA and runs through December 11th in Ventura, CA. Tickets go on sale beginning this week and you can find all dates here.

Thursday/ Dillinger Escape Plan/ Fake Problems

Showing that even veteran punk bands and hardcore bands can get along, Thursday and Dillinger Escape Plan have announced an East Coast (grrr) tour of the US with Florida folk- punk band Fake Problems opening. This intriguing threesome (Dillinger is one of the best live acts your ever encounter) will play a two week string of shows beginning December 4th in Farmington, NY and run through December 19th in the college town on Cambridge, MA. Tickets are on sale this weekend and you can find all dates here.

The Cranberries

90′s Irish rock darling’s (?) The Cranberries have reunited for a string of US dates later this fall. The three week tour will begin November 12th in Baltimore and then will play major markets on both coasts before pulling into station December 7th in Seattle, WA. You can find dates here.

For all you metal fans out there… well, nu-metal fans out there… All That Remains have announced a fall tour with The Devil Wears Prada, Story of The Year and Haste the Day opening.
