Phoenix To Release Wolfgang Amadeus Remix Collection

As if we couldn’t get enough Phoenix as it is, we are now excited to share some great news about them!

After Animal Collective did a wicked cover of their song, “Love Like A Sunset,” Phoenix is really getting into the idea with an entire album! That’s right. There will be an entire collection of songs in the same vein of the Animal Collective cover, and the album to be covered is none other than their latest album, (the one probably still in your 25 most played songs on iTunes), Wolfgang Amedeus Phoenix!

According to Filter Magazine, Phoenix has announced that they will be releasing an official, and online-only collection of songs that cover tracks 1 – 10 (some songs are remixed by more than one artist so there are 15 altogether). The roster of cover artists include everyone from Devendra Banhart to Friendly Fires to Passion Pit. Check the tracklist out below!
