Yes Giantess, Blacklist, and More CMJ Events

Several musical acts will be hosting shows in New York at various CMJ events. The bands of choice include The Blacklist, Drink Up Buttercup, The Jaguar Club, and Yes Giantess. If you’re a fan of any of these groups, I suggest you go see what all the fuss is about, because these shows are going to be amazing.

First and foremost, Drink Up Buttercup are celebrating their recent contract with Yep Roc Records by giving away the single ‘Even Think’, “a fast-paced fist-pumper, driven by frenzied organ arpeggios and swelling vocal harmonies reminiscent of the sound of Brian Wilson re-imagining The Velvet Underground’s White Light/White Heat – all recorded and mixed in less than 24 hours as a lo-fi gift for their fans sonically unique from their other recorded material. “Here’s their show list:
