DJ AM’s Gone Too Far Trailer

After the tragic and unsuspecting death of DJ AM, a critical decision had to be made regarding his future unreleased projects. One of the biggest being a reality show he filmed for MTV entitled, Gone Too Far. The show follows AM as he confronts drug addicts with their family and friends regarding their substance abuse problem. After wrestling with the idea for sometime, MTV decided the show must go on.

Gone Too Far aired on the network this past Sunday on October 12th, and featured an episode full of irony considering the circumstances of the late musicians death. AM himself fell victim to a drug overdose a couple of months ago, and I believe the network wanted to air the show as a testament to what drugs can do to a person. It still feels pretty awkward but judge for yourself.
