Get a Free Burger with Morrissey Tickets

Are you a die hard fan of Morrissey? Like most mammals, do you like to eat when you’re hungry? This sounds like the perfect deal for you, because according to ConsequenceofSound, Ticketmaster and Denny’s have teamed up to bring you free food at your next concert. We should be getting something for free considering how expensive those tickets are!
The last time we checked, Morrissey was a huge vegetarian, about as strict as you could get. So, I wonder if he’s aware of this latest marketing development? Actor-writer Thomas Lennon (Reno 911, 17 Again) discovered the collaboration on his concert ticket, and posted the above photo on his Twitter page.
This whole thing screams conflict of interest. I wonder if the singer is even aware of this, and if so if there’s anything he can do about it? This puts him in an awkward position. There hasn’t been an official response from the Morrissey camp so we don’t know his thoughts on the promotion as of yet. But stay tuned because I’m sure some drama will unfold.
What do you think about Ticketmaster promoting Denny’s on Morrissey’s tickets?
