Kings of Leon To Launch Clothing Line

Remember way back in the day when Kings of Leon released Aha Shake Heartbreak or Because of the Times, and we all thought they were just good rock souls from America who were unfortunately only gaining popularity in Europe?

Well as everyone knows by now, their latest and very mainstream album, Only by the Night, changed all of that. You couldn’t walk into a store or have a car drive by without hearing “Sex on Fire” blasting from the speakers. Soon, they dominated the charts, had their song play in the background of a cheesy Gossip Girl scene, and even started their own record label.

So, it shouldn’t be a surprise that Kings of Leon is setting out to take over the fashion world… right?

We agree with the band. They’ve worked hard to get where they’re at and launching a record label is only natural, but… a clothing line?

According to NME, Kings of Leon have teamed up with French designers, Surface To Air, for a limited edition of certain items. The clothing line will only be available for purchase at the Paris Texas shop in Copenhagen starting in early December.

Fans can see the collection and even reserve items by going to the shop’s blog.

Well, maybe it’s not too much of a surprise. They did go from scruffy long-haired rockers to clean-cut stars in scarves and vests.
