The Notwist: BeatCrave Fav

2009 marks the 20th anniversary of former hardcore-turned-indie pop band, The Notwist. Hailing from Munich, Germany, this quartet featuring brothers Markus and Michael Archer on the vocals/guitar and bass has eight full length albums under their belt ranging from hardcore heavy metal to indie pop rock and electronica. Members Martin and Andi round off the four-piece band on keyboards and drums.

The Notwist has been around for 20 years and for the most part, the lineup has stayed the same! Martin Gretschmann replaced Martin Messerschmidt recently in 2007, but the band in place now is the band garnering fame by the second.
