Should Jason Segal Make A Comedy Album?

There’s no doubt that Jason Segel is a ginormous dose of hilarity. With his films, Forgetting Sarah Marshall and I Love You, Man, being huge hits with fans everywhere, he’s been able to step out of the How I Met Your Mother circle with his own projects.

Whether it’s film or TV, Segel as shown his musical chops with his original songs that are both funny and catchy. He’s often seen playing the piano or the drums that show some promise. Could he possibly be the next Adam Sandler? He doesn’t write songs about Hanukkah, he’s pretty good at putting himself out there. According to Entertainment Weekly’s Music Mix, Segel joined The Swell Season on stage last night with a song to solicit a booty call and apparently this isn’t the first time he’s done so!

With The Swell Season’s Glen Hansard playing guitar with the band and Marketa Irglova holding up signs with the numbers, 315-329-6673, Segel tells the night’s concert-goers that he is looking to sleep with a Swell Season fan… “tonight” and to call the number “if you need me.” He even makes references to the show, Freaks and Geeks, which he, James Franco, Seth Rogen, Linda Cardellini and more all got their start.

You can watch him perform the song dubbed “315-329-6673″ by EW below.
