Daft Punk Tour Dates Are Fake!

We previously announced that Daft Punk would be going on tour in support of the Tron Legacy soundtrack, but what internet geeks and music lovers found on message boards in the past month was a complete lie.

The dates for the upcoming Daft Punk 2010 tour dates were supposedly “leaked,” and larger publications such as NME even started to announce them on their site. We at BeatCrave did not publish these dates and we’re glad we didn’t because they are fake! It turns out those dates were just a mere rumor, but don’t worry – Daft Punk WILL be going on tour soon.

With news traveling so quickly on the internet, it’s hard to tell what’s already confirmed and what’s about to be confirmed. Daft Punk’s lable finally found out about these dates and have confirmed that these dates are NOT true.

Sorry, Daft Punk fans. You’re going to have to wait just a bit longer for the real dates. The fake dates are below. If you’ve already written any of these into your schedule, make sure to scratch them out!
