Here are some of the odds and ends of music news this holiday weekend. There was a surprising debut on the U.K. album charts, while a familiar face topped the U.S.,’ Adam Lambert is still feeling the effects of his American Music Awards performance, and Mariah Carey continues to live the life that only Mariah can live.
