Fatboy Slim to Headline Snowbombing Festival

Fatboy Slim was supposed to appear at the 2009 Snowbombing Festival, but had to pull out because of personal issues. The popular DJ has since returned to the music scene ready to tackle the 2010 concert instead. According to NME, Slim will lead the pack of scheduled artists who’ll include everyone from Editors to De La Soul.

The reason behind Fatboy Slim aka Norman Cooke’s cancellation of this year’s stint at the Snowbombing Festival had to do with his addiction to alcohol, but the artist is now in recovery and ready to hit the stage again.

“After a little false start, here I come!” he said. “I love a new experience and I’m eager for some high altitude raving! I only have one question – Is there such a thing as non-alcoholic gluwein? Can we get some in for the igloo especially?”
