Chromeo Music Video: Night By Night

It’s been too long since Electro-funk duo, Chromeo, has released another great dance album, but we’re happy to tell you that Dave 1 and P-Thugg are hard at work on a new album slated for release in Summer 2010. Their latest single, “Night By Night,” maintains their signature sound with synthesized disco-pop beats and addictive refrains via vocoder. Once again the two succeed at a great partnership in songwriting for pop lovers at a level we haven’t heard since Hall and Oates.

MTV just released their video for the track, and we can’t say we blame the actresses in it all that much. Who wouldn’t want to sneak off into a secret warehouse, pay P-Thugg in straight-up cash, and receive a one-on-one dance with Dave 1 in return? Sarcastic Flashdance references are offered, but just look at that “Fancy Footwork!” (It’s really hard to resist puns sometimes.) Check it out below!
