German Chicken Shows off Techno Moves

It’s the last December of the decade and with the dawn of a new age, comes a new edgy chicken dance. Here’s a fun video to liven up your Monday. It features a German chicken getting its groove on, under a disco ball, to techno. What more could you ask for?

The chicken even does that head bounce move similar to the one that Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan do in A Night at the Roxbury. The video’s set up reminds me of the Killer‘s Somebody Told Me, or perhaps Justin Timberlake‘s “Rock Your Body” because of the colorful Hollywood lights that surround the stage. The best part of course is when the chicken starts dancing. It looks like it’s competing in one of those arcade Dance Revolution games.
