Blair: BeatCrave Fav
By Winnie JaingBefore Blair moved to her current home in Brooklyn, New York, she grew up in New Orleans and traversed the lands of Orange County in California. She taught herself how to play guitar while listening to John Frusciante’s records, and ultimately ended up opening for the likes of Cat Power and Bright Eyes. Fast forward to two years ago– Blair releases her first EP: four songs of solid gold. Two years later, to start the new year off, she releases her latest: her debut full-length album, Die Young. Often compared to Neil Young, this songwriter in her mid-twenties has definitely got a lot ahead of her.
