Jon Hamm Forces Michael Buble To Sing For His Life
By Seraphina L.Let’s face it. Jon Hamm is one of the most dashing men to appear on our TV screens today and we bet if our DVRs and Tivos had feelings, they’d agree that they’re more than happy to record some of his handsome features for us. Hamm is mostly known for his character, Don Draper, on Mad Men. However, some 3o Rock fans may also know him as one of Liz Lemon’s crushes, Dr. Drew Baird. With a connection to NBC, it was only a matter of time before Hamm got to host Saturday Night Live. This weekend’s show was Hamm’s second time hosting.
For the most part, Hamm and his good looks take on good-natured roles, but you’ll see Hamm giving Michael Buble (who was the musical guest that night) some “tough love” in the video below. The video is a funny commercial for a business Hamm supposedly coerced Buble into doing. Although Buble’s last name has an accent on the letter E, Hamm continues to pronounce it as “bubbly” to suit their business name, Hamm and Buble.
Check it out below. Even in fear, Michael Buble doesn’t miss a note!
As previously mentioned, Buble was also the musical guest appearance for SNL that night. The melody he sings in the skit with Hamm is actually from the song, “Haven’t Met You Yet.” You can watch the performance below followed by a duet with Sharon Jones!
