East coast, West coast, can’t we just get along? According to Bethany Cosentino - California native and vocal anchor of Best Coast - the warmth of California is where it’s at. Sure, she had a brief residential stint in New York, at a time of year where is 30 degrees vs. 75, we have to agree.  In fact, any indicators of her opinion on what she considers to be the best coast is heard clearly in the style of rock she and bandmate Bobb Bruno have constructed for audiences.

Their brand of retro surf rock with modern themes inspires visuals of orange sunsets no matter where you live, and on a personal note we’d like to say thanks for keeping vinyl alive.
