Watch: Nirvana On Ice – A Horrible Marriage

The 2010 Olympics may be over but man oh man, do we have a GEM for you. You may think you’ve gotten your fill of ice skating competitions, but thanks to Boing Boing (via BoreMe.com) and the the creators of YouTube we can ask you to go back in time with us and gawk at this horrific marriage of Nirvana and figure skating.
Champions on Ice was a touring ice show in the United States which featured Olympic-eligible skaters such as Michelle Kwan at one point. However, this Scott Williams skating to “Smells Like Teen Spirit” seems to kill Kurt Cobain all over again and aside the jumps, the routine is not even good! The tour went out of business in 2008. We wonder why. If you dare, check it out below…

It should'nt have been done.I think its disrespectful to the skating world and Nirvana.
