Brad Paisley Takes A Fall On Stage During Performance

American Country superstar, Brad Paisley, took a nasty fall during a performance in South Carolina on Saturday night. Fans were in shock as he fell during the last song during an encore. Ironically, the title of the song was “Alcohol” and Paisley fell during the last note.

Although we’re used to Steven Tyler always injuring himself, Paisley, who is quite toned down when compared to the Aerosmith singer was able to finish the show after the fall.

According to CNN, Paisley let his fans know what he was thinking at the time as he tweeted,

“I hit hard. And I mean freaking hard [...] If ur wondering,it was the last song&last night of the tour&I was running fast on stage,tripped.really did think I broke a rib or something.”

However, he also reassured his fans that he was all right by with these prior comments,

“Tnx4 prayers,after my fall,I was just discharged from the hospital.Just very very bruised. Nothing broken, had a ct scan all is okay!”

CNN also reports that Paisley not only finished his show but came back with a strong finish as he “[H]e bounced back up, finished the show and thanked the audience and told them good-bye” and was then transported to the nearest hospital via ambulance to get checked out. He even retweeted someone’s video of him falling and agreeing that it is “hilarious,” which you can watch below:

It’s a good thing Paisley is a solo act. We don’t need another front man doing crazy kicks and falling off the stage, quitting a band, auditioning for another band, and then reuniting with his band out of the blue!
