Indie-tronica band Letting Up Despite Great Faults is a relatively new Los Angeles based band. With guitar strums similar to that of New Order and an overall sound like that of The Postal Service, it’s no wonder that Ben Gibbard himself is a self-proclaimed fan. Letting Up’s sound, often described as “fuzzy synthpop”, has even been fortunate enough to garner them a song on the show One Tree Hill.
