If you’re under a rock, you’d better crawl out, because Midnight Spin is a band you don’t want to miss.
Two weeks ago, Midnight Spin had the wonderful opportunity to play with Alberta Cross and Guns n’ Roses. Flashback 2 years ago, however: Midnight Spin was playing ankle-deep in water inside a flooding venue’s basement. Between those two instances, this still-unsigned band has definitely made remarkable progress. Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, this band has already crossed many milestones. They were named New York’s Best Emerging Artist of 2009 in the Deli Magazine’s year end Reader’s Poll, and even managed to sell out the legendary Mercury Lounge in Manhattan!
The quintet’s debut album, Through the Mojo Wire, was produced by Nic Hard (The Bravery), and their new music video, “In the Air (Revival)” was shot and produced by an MTV Production crew. Check Midnight Spin out below, and if you like their sound as much as we do, vote for them in Friday’s poll!
