Kara DioGuardi Reportedly Fired At American Idol Steven Tyler Rumored As A Replacement Kara DioGuardi Reportedly Fired At American Idol, Steven Tyler Rumored As Replacement

The terrible judge with the impossible to pronounce last name is – maybe – out at American Idol. TMZ reports that Kara DioGuardi might be following Ellen DeGeneres right out the door of American Idol headquarters.

It appears show producers put the kibosh on DioGuardi’s contract renewal; Idol is being tweaked (again) with a return to a three-judge format. Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler is reportedly first on the list to replace DioGuardi. DeGeneres announced her departure from the show on Thursday with Jennifer Lopez reportedly(!) on deck as a replacement.

It’s obvious there’s a whole lotta shakin’-up going on at the Fox TV show, especially since the popular series is working hard to counter the loss of judge Simon Cowell, who left the show in May. The show has also sucked lately, if you hadn’t noticed, so no better time than the present to give the mammoth entertainment brand a much-needed kick in the ass.

Of the judges from last season, only Randy Jackson remains at the table. To many this is good news. To others, not so much.

At this point everyone is a potential candidate to fill a spot as a judge; MTV has a report that Jessica Simpson is also on the list of those possibly taking over for Cowell.

Good God. According to Entertainment Weekly, a source reveals Simpson has had several meetings with “Idol” execs about possibly joining the show for the upcoming tenth season, which begins in January 2011.

Look, it was only a short time ago that Chris Isaak and Harry Connick Jr. were front-runners to replace Cowell, who bolted after Idol’s ninth season to steer an American version of The X-Factor.

A few days ago Elton John and Justin Timberlake were rumored to be in contention for a judgeship, but those rumors were swiftly put to bed.

Although Fox has yet to confirm or deny any of the casting rumors, it’s expected that they will announce the new “Idol” judges panel at the Television Critics Association event August 2.

Who would YOU like to see replace DioGuardi and DeGeneres as American Idol judges?

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any methods to help reduce content from being ripped off? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
