Krista: BeatCrave Fav

Hailing from the streets of Brooklyn comes a fresh faced singer songwriter, and rapper (shock), called Krista. The young 24-year-old comes at a time when female pop singers are a hot ticket, but it takes a lot to stand out with characters like Lady Gaga and Ke$ha around. But Krista offers a unique voice that mixes street style with rock style. She’s not afraid to get a bit dark, but then throw some rap lyrics in there. The great thing about her is that she sounds good when she’s flowing, something that not all female singers are fortunate of.
