This just in: Apparently ‘Baby, Baby, Baby, oh’ singer Justin Bieber may be singing a different tune now that people are talking about something other than just 2 billion YouTube views and a new album release–seems he’s been accused of fathering a child with a fan behind the scenes at one of his shows at the L.A. Staples Center. 20-year-old Mariah Yeater filed a paternity suit Monday against the 17-year old star.  And Bieber’s legal team is, well, full of denial.

A representative for Bieber told TMZ that it’s just downright untrue:

“While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims…We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

Could the sweet little charity-lovin’, shelter-dog-adoptin’ boyfriend of Selena Gomez really be the father? DailyMail noted that he claimed in a Rolling Stone interview in February that he was against premarital sex:

Justin said: ‘I don’t think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them.’

But enough about that. Back to the allegations! The baby, born July 6th, meets the timeline for the alleged concert that Yeater attended on October 25th, 2010. The NY Post reported the details that Ms. Yeater provided in her suit about their supposed one-time encounter:

“Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone…I agreed to go with him, and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.”…

Yeater wants a DNA test, and if that test returns positive, she wants child support. Why not, right? The only downside would be that she might be slapped with statutory rape, since she would have been 19 while he was still only 16 years old, and the age of consent in California is 18. The court hearing has been set for December 15th.

What do you think about the allegations? True, False, or Just Insulting?
