Radiohead Announces 2012 U.S. Tour Dates
By Travis Woods
Because they want to torture us with tantalizing teases of what could have been, Radiohead has announced the first 10-date leg of their upcoming 2012 North American tour, cruelly withholding dates from the east and west coasts, and instead hitting the smaller Midwestern market and venues. Oh, why, Radiohead, why?!?
Although it’s likely that this is simply the first wave of dates, and that the band will surely hit the east and west coasts extensively, The King of Limbs tour probably won’t be something that east and west coasters have a chance to see until late spring of next year, unfortunately. But seeing as how Radiohead is one of the very best live bands of their generation, I’m guessing that it will probably be worth the wait. Dig the 2012 tour dates below, via The AV Club.
